Cinnamon Toast Crunch Swap

If you're like me, Cinnamon Toast Crunch was one of your favorite cereals as a kid. Not only did I like it with cereal and milk, but by itself for a snack as well. However, it's definitely not one of the most nutritious choices. A couple years ago, I became a fan of Kashi products, and one of my favorite cereals is the Heart to Heart Warm Cinnamon. Not only does it have a great taste, but the nutritional value is much better.

Of course, the taste isn't the exact same, but, when you want something crunchy, with a big cinnamon taste, and you want it to be nutritious as well, Kashi is definitely the way to go. If you find you don't like Kashi, the Cinnamon Burst Cheerios are great as well!

I started off my morning on Tuesday with 1 1/2 cups of the Kashi cereal, 3/4 cup almond milk, and a banana on the side. After a great breakfast, it was also a great day! :)
