Turkey & Water Chestnut Bowl

Servings: 3

1 serving=
263 calories, 19g carb, 2g fat, 38g protein, 454mg sodium, 4g fiber

Ingredients:
1 tbsp McCormick- Cumin Seeds
1 16 oz container Cargill- Honeysuckle White Extra Lean Ground Breast of Turkey- 99% Fat Free
6 tbsp La Choy- Original Stir Fry Sauce/Marinade
1 5.5 oz can Reese- Sliced Water Chesnuts
6 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded

Directions:
Turn the stove to high, spray a skillet with non-stick spray, and add your turkey. Use a wooden spoon to break up the turkey as it's cooking, and add in your cumin. When turkey starts to brown, turn the stove to low, and add in your water chestnuts. Stir for another 5 minutes, and then set aside to cool.


While waiting, shred your lettuce, and divide evenly between 3 bowls. Top each with 1/3 of the turkey and water chestnuts  and then top each with 2 tbsp sauce, toss, and serve.
