Ingredients:
1 Morning Star- Grillers' California Turkey patty
2 tbsp Hunt's Original Tomato Ketchup
2 slices Nature's Own- 100% Whole Wheat Bread
Icerberg lettuce
Directions:
Place your bread on an oven rack, and bake at 350. While the bread is toasting, heat a griddle to high, about 8-9, and spray it with non-stick spray. Cook your patty until done, and then place the cheese slice on top. Let it melt on the patty for about a minute or so, and then remove from the heat. When the bread is toasted, place 1 tbsp of ketchup on a slice, top with lettuce, place the patty with cheese on top of the lettuce, and then top that with the other tbsp of ketchup and your other slice of bread.
Total, the burger comes out to be about 300 calories, depending on how much lettuce you use. Next time, I plan to add some chopped up onions, switch out the ketchup for tomatoes, and maybe add a bit of mustard as well. Enjoy! :)
