Ingredients:
1 14 oz pack Ronzoni- Healthy Harvest Whole Grain- Rotini
30 grape tomatoes
16 oz raw chicken breast (1 lb)
Grounded black pepper
1/2 cup Cheesy Ragu- Light Parmesan Alfredo
Lemon juice

Directions:
Cook your pasta according to the package, and then drain and set aside to cool. While waiting, heat a skillet on high, about 8-9, and spray with non-stick spray. Use a cutting board to cut your tomatoes in half, and then to cut your chicken into small pieces. Squirt your chicken with lemon juice, and then sprinkle with the pepper. Cook your chicken until done, and then turn the stove to low, about 3-4, add in your tomatoes, and stir together for a couple minutes. Mix the pasta and alfredo sauce, and then either top it with the chicken and tomatoes, or mix together as well. Enjoy!

Not only is this dish easy to make, but it reheats well as leftovers, takes little time to prep, and is very budget friendly. Next time, I plan to add in black olives and spinach. :)
